Science Finally Caught Up—Here’s What Women Should Know About Estrogen, Safety, and the WHI Debacle  For more than 20 years , women have been told to fear hormone replacement therapy—especially estrogen. And it all goes back to one study: the Women’s Health Initiative (WHI) . The problem?
