  • Can Heather Watters be my PCP?

    Heather Watters functions as a functional medicine consultant who collaborates with your existing primary care provider. It's required that you maintain a primary care provider for routine care, including screenings, acute illnesses, and emergency situations.
  • Do you accept insurance?

    We don't participate in any insurance plans at this time. Unfortunately, we're unable to accept patients on Medicaid. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  • Can I complete my paperwork/forms during my first appointment?

    To ensure the best service, we require all forms and paperwork to be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment. This allows us to review your medical information and have a productive first consultation, focusing on identifying potential root causes of your symptoms. If paperwork isn't completed in advance, it will reduce the time available for your consultation.
  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We send an email reminder 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We request that you inform us of any cancellations at least 48 hours before your appointment time. Please be aware that there's a $250 fee for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment.
  • What is your payment policy?

    Payment is expected at the time of service. We do offer payment plans for those who need them.
  • How do I prepare for my first appointment

    After booking your initial discovery visit, you'll receive an email with instructions to access our patient portal. There, you'll need to complete a comprehensive questionnaire, which may take up to an hour. You're welcome to take breaks and save your progress as needed. This detailed questionnaire is crucial as chronic diseases and symptoms often develop over extended periods, and we need a comprehensive understanding of your health history.
  • What ages will you accept?

    We provide services for individuals of all ages. For patients under 18, a parent or guardian must be present during the appointment.
  • Do you offer financing?

    Yes, we provide financing options through Cherry. Additionally, we offer a monthly membership plan for our clients.
