Hi, I’m Heather—nurse practitioner, hormone detective, and your go-to guide for reclaiming vibrant health. With over 27 years in healthcare, I’ve walked alongside thousands of patients, from bedside nursing to primary care and now through the lens of functional medicine and aesthetics. But my passion for root-cause healing was born from my own health crash—working full-time, raising teenagers, and powering through grad school left me utterly depleted. I was told everything looked “normal,” but I didn’t feel normal.

That experience lit a fire in me to seek deeper answers—and now, it fuels my mission to help you do the same. At ME! Wellness & MedSpa, I blend advanced functional medicine with aesthetic and regenerative therapies to help you feel like you again—clear-headed, confident, and energized.
